How to Access Online Services
You can get to Online Services from any page of our website.
Just click the Online Services link at the top of the column on the left of your screen.
Remember – in order to use Online Services:
- You must be a client of National Bank Financial;
- You must have a user ID and password;
- You need a version of your browser that supports 128-bit encryption, which ensures secure data transfer; if you do not have the right version, you can download it from the browser site of your choice;
- Your monitor must be set at a resolution of 800X600 or higher, to fully appreciate the visual quality of the site.
To register for Online Services and obtain your user ID and password, please contact your National Bank Financial Investment Advisor, or call Website Technical Support at 1-888-751-1220 (Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Eastern Time).
